if your application is not runnning after replacing jar file when you enter "show application status ise"
then
enter "application reset-config ise"
and wait 10mins.

and check "show application status ise" again

if it runs after config resetting, then you can access web interface.

Next step is licensing. You do not need to change "cars_udi_util"?
But you need to change license file.

1. show udi
2. note serial
3. open license files and change "4L4CAAMFHJ6" to what you noted at 2.
4. open web interface and upload licenes
5. done

they are not mounted real /opt
